IFMRA - Annual General Meeting
When: Saturday 28th October 2023
Where: Tamworth, NSW @ 4pm
Dinner: Tamworth @ 6.30pm
President Bill invites you to our Annual General Meeting, and afterwards, to our Dinner for Fellowship.
The venue for our Meeting is at The Tamworth Astronomy and Science Centre which is in Victoria Park at the top end of Piper Street, Tamworth 2340.
Zoom; the meeting will be on Zoom and those members who cannot attend may zoom in to hear the proceedings.
The venue for our Fellowship Dinner is at The Centillion Restaurant, 331 Goonoo Goonoo Road, South Tamworth. (Note; it is not BYO).
State Representatives will be arranging Rides to and from Tamworth and these will be announced in due course.
For catering purposes, please let Secretary Smithy know if you will be attending the AGM at 5pm, and/or the Dinner at 7pm. secretary@ifmraustralia.org
Members are left to book their own accommodation. There are several motels within a short distance of the Centillion Restaurant where we will meet for dinner.
If you consider there is a subject that should be addressed by the Board at the AGM, then please raise the issue with our President beforehand, as time will be an issue and therefore the Agenda will be set in concrete beforehand.
